I’m a holistic psychotherapist specialising in reducing people-pleasing, overthinking, and addictive tendencies using mind-body principles. I have a Master’s and PhD in music psychology, and specialist training in The Reach Approach psychotherapy model.
My therapy approach includes talking therapy, life map work, shame work, inner child work, mindfulness meditation, visualisation, breathwork, and deep relaxation.
I believe in practising what I preach and I’m continuously seeking to improve my capacity to support others. My self-care includes meditation, visualisation, affirmations, breathwork, yoga, being in nature, hiking, music (I love all music, especially trip-hop and electronic), laughter, and eating nutritious whole foods.
Ditching alcohol and seeing a psychotherapist were two life-changing pieces of the puzzle for me, and I could never have envisioned the life that I have now.
I adore spending my time singing, songwriting, playing guitar and piano, moving my body (especially power yoga), travelling to south-east asia, spending time with friends and family, listening to audiobooks, and helping other people to heal.
My lifelong romance with music has taken me around the UK and Europe, I’ve had my music featured on TV and radio, and I’ve collaborated with countless musicians and producers.
Having worked as a researcher, lecturer, musician, and therapist, I know what it’s like to be overworked, anxious, and struggling with life. If you’re looking for professional guidance from someone who’s also experienced challenges, I’d be honoured to support you as you embark on your journey.
