FAQs

What’s holistic psychotherapy?

Holistic integrative psychotherapy is a powerful method that combines talking therapy with mindfulness, meditation, nutrition support, stress reduction, and many other mind-body tools for helping you to feel more at home in your mind and body. I utilise a psychodynamic approach which means that we will explore your past experiences to find the root cause of your challenging thoughts and feelings. This method helps you to let go of the burden of past experiences and instead look towards the future with a new sense of freedom and confidence.

A holistic approach is neccessary for long-term change, because it acknowledges all aspects of what it is to be human – your mind, body, spirit, and environment – and thus you can experience deep shifts in your thinking and behaviour that will sustain you for years to come.

What can I help you with?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with overthinking, anxiety, and people-pleasing, are looking to build your self-esteem, or are wishing that you could treat yourself with more kindness, then my approach is suitable for you. I can also help with confidence, anxiety, personal development, depression, stress, burnout, relationship problems, addiction, domestic abuse, grief, and many other aspects of life that may be troubling you or causing distress.
