I’m a holistic psychotherapist working with The Reach Approach model. I specialise in helping people to overcome people-pleasing, anxiety, stress, burnout, addiction, and dysregulation with practical tools, talking therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and deep relaxation using a mind-body approach. I’m also a recovery coach with a specialism in problematic drinking.
Change is possible for everyone
Losing yourself to people-pleasing, overthinking, or emotional dysregulation can happen for all kinds of reasons, but it doesn’t mean that you have to live with it. Science has shown that the brain is programmed for change.
